18 single homeless men with a wide range of support needs from 16 to 60 years of age.

What is the accommodation like?
There are two types of accommodation in the building. When men first move in they have a ground floor furnished room with washbasin and fridge. There are shared bathroom/laundry facilities. They have the use of a large shared kitchen and communal lounge.
Upstairs in the building there are self contained flats which men can move to as a first step towards independence in the community.
Springboard to Learning, part of the Threshold Learning Project, operates from the training room within the building.
When are staff available?
Threshold staff are available during the day until midnight. Housing Assistants cover week-ends. Security cover is provided in the building overnight seven days a week from 6.00pm until 8.00am
