Threshold Learning Project
 This project covers a range of activities aimed at improving levels of education and training and helping service users find paid or unpaid work. Currently the Learning Project has three elements: 1) Springboard to Learning where Oldham College provide basic literacy, numeracy and IT skills training at Spring Street for service users from any Threshold scheme, and at Westbrook for women service users. |

2) A Learning Development Worker funded through the Neighbourhood Learning in Deprived Communities Fund. This is an outreach service to all Threshold's service users in Oldham aged 19 or over.
3) A service user led learning project at Glamorgan Place where funding was obtained for laptops, tutor time and crèche costs.
