About us

Threshold is a housing, advice and support charity with operations across the Greater Manchester area.

We're part of the Jigsaw Group, a group of housing providers with more than 33,000 homes across the North West and East Midlands.

We’ve been working to support vulnerable people to achieve greater independence and wellbeing for decades, combining our own experience with that of carefully chosen partners.

Together we provide services that make a lasting difference - supporting our customers to achieve their goals and live well in their communities.

We offer services across the spectrum of needs, including supported accommodation for people experiencing multiple and complex needs, community based support for people who require low to medium support, along with intensive housing management for people with lower support needs.

Threshold has innovated and developed expertise in gender specific service, Housing First and domestic violence services. In addition our pioneering jointly commissioned service ‘The Prevention Alliance’,  provides early help and preventative support for a wide range of vulnerable people.

Threshold is now part of Jigsaw Group and is governed by this Privacy Policy this includes the Website Privacy Policy which can be found here https://www.jigsawhomes.org.uk/privacy-policy/
