Great Moves Tameside

Threshold runs short term accommodation based support service for predominantly younger people (under 30) under contract with Tameside Council.  The services provide both housing management and support within a range of properties including self-contained and shared. 

The key aim is to equip people with skills to live independently in the community. 

All referrals should be made to the Single Point of Access (SPA) which operates from Tameside Housing Advice.

Referrals should be made using Tameside’s common referral form for accommodation based support services.
