Santa visits Threshold!

Santa made a very special visit on Friday 18 December. He came with gifts of festive selection boxes for all children at the Great Moves Womens Service. The children, women and staff all said the appearance of Santa had made it a night to remember. In preparation for the party on the day the women and staff showed amazing team spirit and resilience, cooking and preparing food, decorating the building and organising fun activities for the children, despite considerable disruption of having new kitchens fitted earlier in the week!

Threshold would like to express our thanks to everyone that has supported the service throughout the year. We recieved a number of donations on the day including £279 from InspireWomen from fund raising activities, £500 from St.Aiden and St. Oswald RC Church and £145 from the Masons. All donations are greatly appreaciated and will go towards providing extra support to customers.
