Threshold Get Together 2015: Customer Focus
Threshold staff got together in Oldham for a mini event looking at how we do our jobs and what we could do more of or do things better. The theme was about how we all individually take responsibility for what we do; and in doing this we make sure we have safe and reliable service. We covered health and safety and safeguarding and how everyone has a role to play in keeping themselves and others safe. We also looked at areas such as rent payments where there is a responsibility for everyone, not least customers, to make sure debt is avoided at all costs. Please speak to a member of staff is you have ideas and suggestions on improvements in any of these areas or others could be made. We look forward to your thoughts and ideas.
